The callsheet is built once during tech week and travels with the show. Every song, every automation cue, every pyro moment — in order, with countdowns for timecoded entries and manual cues waiting for the caller’s confirmation. The show caller works from the master view. Follow spot operators see their cues on their phones. Stage automation and pyro teams have their own filtered views showing only what’s relevant to them.

When the timecode starts, so does the recording. The overlay burns the current song name and timecode into the footage so any night can be reviewed in context. Notes from the tour director land in the Notepad in real time, tagged to the moment they happened.
