Theater Play

A theater production uses CueCollab to coordinate complex stage cues. The show caller monitors the production on a tablet at the calling desk, which displays the current timecode, current cue, and upcoming cues in sequence.

The system provides countdowns to critical moments, such as lighting changes, stage automation cues, and sound effect triggers. The show caller receives visual alerts 10 seconds before each cue, but must manually confirm each cue after calling it to prevent accidental triggers or missed cues.

The system displays precise countdowns for timecoded sequences with exact timing requirements. For manual cues that depend on actor performance, the show caller can advance through cues at their own discretion while maintaining a clear overview of upcoming production elements.
