Theater Play

Every cue called on time, every night — with a live rundown that keeps the whole production in sync.

Theater is unforgiving. The lighting op needs the cue called before the actor hits their mark. The automation needs to move before the audience notices the delay. The show caller needs to be three cues ahead in their head at all times.

CueCollab gives the show caller a clean, distraction-free rundown with the current cue large on screen and the next ones visible below. Timecoded cues count down automatically — a standby sound plays before they arrive, then the cue comes up when it’s time. The caller confirms after calling it, keeping the rundown accurate without any manual tracking.

Manual cues — the ones that depend on what’s happening on stage — wait for the caller to advance them when the moment is right. No pressure from the system, just a clear view of what’s coming.

The production table has the Notepad open throughout. Every note from the director is timestamped and on every device in the room the second it’s written. After the run, the team reviews recordings with all notes already in place.
