The show caller has the full ceremony in the callsheet — entrances, kinetics, pyro, video cues — all in order, with live countdowns for every timecoded moment. Backstage displays show the current cue and countdown on every screen in the venue. Performers know when they’re on. The pyro team knows when to arm. Nobody is waiting for a radio call that might not come.
The media team has their own note list in the Notepad, flagged with “money shot” moments — the pyro peak, the artist entrance, the kinetic reveal. Those notes go out to every camera operator’s device the moment they’re written, timestamped so everyone knows exactly when to be ready.
When it’s over, the recording is already there — timecode and scene name burned in, every note linked to its moment in the footage.
