Cruise Ship Entertainment

Build the show as a team, then hand it off seamlessly — no matter how often the crew rotates.
Use Case Image

On a cruise ship, the cast and crew rotate. The show doesn’t.

CueCollab is used from the very first day of creation — each department adding notes as the show takes shape, all timestamped and visible to everyone in real time. The choreographer marks a movement. The lighting designer sees it and adjusts their cue timing. The sound engineer knows where the music needs to land. The show is built collaboratively, and the decisions are all in one place.

When the production opens, the callsheet travels with it. Show callers change. Technical crews rotate. But the callsheet, the cues, and the recordings are all there — a complete picture of how the show runs and exactly how to run it again.

Every performance is recorded with timecode and scene name burned in. New crew can watch a reference recording and see exactly what should be happening at every moment, in context.
