The reveal moment only works if everything lands at the same time — the turntable hits its mark, the lighting snaps, the media cuts, and the car is exactly where it needs to be.

Drivers get their standby and drive cues on their phones, filtered to only their vehicle. The show caller has the full sequence in the callsheet — turntable moves, lighting calls, video triggers — with live countdowns for every timecoded entry. Everyone moves when the cue says to, not when they hear something on the radio and hope it was for them.

During rehearsals, the team takes notes against each segment of the show. What needs more time in the turntable rotation? Which lighting transition reads too slow on camera? All of it lands in the Notepad in real time, tagged to the moment, visible to the whole team before the next run starts.
