Every note is stamped to the exact timecode the moment someone starts typing. The director’s “fix the lighting transition at the top of Act 2” lands instantly on every device in the room, tagged to the precise moment in the show. No chasing people down afterward. No “which transition?”

OBS records the rehearsal automatically — start and stop driven by timecode, with scene name and timecode burned into the footage. When the run finishes, the team opens Review and works through the recording together, every note already in place at the right moment in the video. Click a note, jump to that frame. Add new ones while watching. Export the full list when done.

The next rehearsal starts with yesterday’s notes already resolved or carried forward. Each run builds on the last.
